Wedding Elopement Service

1. Book Your Ceremony
Contact Hummingbird Wedding Service to reserve your ceremony date and time.
2. Obtain Your Marriage License
Visit your County Clerk’s Office to apply for your marriage license.
3. Get Ready for the Big Day
On your scheduled date and time, arrive at your chosen venue/location with:
- Your valid Marriage License
- Two witnesses
- Yourselves, dressed & ready to say “I Do”!

Whether it’s an intimate elopement, a vow renewal, or a celebration of love in all its forms, we are here to create a heartfelt and meaningful ceremony just for you.
Witnesses
$40 each
If you don’t have witnesses, Hummingbird Wedding Service will gladly provide them. Simply notify us at least 3 days before your ceremony.
Unity Candle Ceremony
Additional $75.00
A ceremonial acknowledgment of the vows exchanged by the couple that have united them in marriage.
This single flame signifies that marriage is the joining of two people who have chosen to share one life together rather than two individual lives.
It is a beautiful symbol of love, unity, and commitment as two become one.
Sand Ceremony
Additional $75.00
The unity sand ceremony, a variation of the unity candle ceremony, is a tradition full of symbolism.
Two people take sand from their individual vessels and combine the grains into one. The act represents the union of two individuals and the creation of a new family.
Each grain of sand remains visible, signifying that while both partners maintain their individuality, they are forever blended together in love and unity.
Photography Services
Photography services for portraits from announcements, engagements, family or senior (many different backgrounds to choose from) to the ceremony.

$75 per Half Hour
Choose between 40 different backdrops or your location.
Wedding Only
$350
Just doing something small with no reception to follow. Get you photos on a SD card or flash drive that day.
Reception Only
$450
You eloped now it's time to celebrate with your family and friends. Get you photos on a SD card or flash drive that day.
Wedding & Reception

All day memories from getting ready to the final dance. Get you photos on a SD card or flash drive that day.
